We’re thrilled to share the launch of our latest project—a series of films designed to raise awareness about gambling harms. In collaboration with Gambling With Lives and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, this campaign aims to challenge and change national perceptions about gambling and its impact on individuals and communities.
Gambling harms affect many people in the UK, often hidden beneath the surface of sports culture and marketing strategies. Our goal was to shine a light on these issues and rewrite the narrative around gambling harms. By conducting in-depth research and speaking with individuals who have lived experience, we crafted narratives that not only inform but also resonate emotionally with viewers.
Over three days, our thirty-strong cast and crew shot four cinematic, interwoven narratives, each designed to speak to a specific demographic within our wide target audience. The main film serves as a powerful exploration of gambling harm, while four shorter social media edits focus on key moments of realisation and support.
As we help launch this impactful gambling harms campaign, we also want to extend an invitation to charities and organisations looking to amplify their message through film. We understand the power of storytelling in driving awareness and change, and we’re here to collaborate on projects that can make a difference. If your charity is seeking to create meaningful films that highlight your cause and connect with audiences, we would love to hear from you. Together, we can craft narratives that inspire action.
