- Impact for Charity: If the referral leads to a successful project, we will donate £100 to any UK-registered charity of your choice.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your referral. By submitting a referral, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility
Referrals are open to all industry connections and partners. The referred organisation must be a UK-registered entity with a legitimate requirement for high-end video production.
2. Qualification for Donation
The £100 donation is triggered only after:
- The referred organisation enters into a formal contract with Press Record Films.
- The project is completed and the final invoice is paid in full.
3. Charitable Requirements
The nominated charity must be registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, OSCR, or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland. To ensure transparency, the charity must have no direct affiliation with the referrer or the referred organisation.
4. Exclusions
- The referral reward does not apply to organisations already in active discussions with Press Record Films.
- Only one donation is payable per new client, regardless of the number of projects commissioned.
- In the event of multiple people referring the same contact, the reward will be credited to the first submission received.
5. Data & Integrity
All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We reserve the right to decline referrals that present a conflict of interest or do not align with our professional standards.
